At Bloomware, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, in rare and exceptional cases, customers may report an issue within 24 hours of delivery by calling +971567865050 and emailing clear photographs to Sales@bloomware.ae. Our team will assess the concern and may, at its sole discretion, provide a resolution, which can include replacement or store credit. Please note, issues arising from incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for review.

Bloomware reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, pricing error, or incorrect information received from Bloomware’s suppliers, Bloomware shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service.
If you have already been charged for the order and Bloomware cancels your order for any reason whatsoever, Bloomware will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount of the charge.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift, order, or product you have selected, experienced florists of Bloomware will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
However, Bloomware reserves the right to substitute flowers, including specified colors, or other products with items of equal or higher value in the event that the desired product is unavailable.
