Shipping & Delivery Policy
Bloomware provides delivery services across the UAE. Delivery methods, charges, and available time slots depend on the recipient’s location and the delivery date selected during checkout.
All delivery timings and cut-off times are based on UAE time (GST – Gulf Standard Time).
1. Delivery Charges & Methods

Delivery charges are added to the order during checkout.
2. Standard Delivery Slots
The following Standard Delivery slots are available, subject to location and availability:
- 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 04:00 PM
- 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- 04:00 PM – 08:00 PM
- 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 08:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Standard Delivery Cut-Off
For same-day Standard Delivery, the selected slot must be booked at least 30 minutes before the start of that slot.
Once the cut-off time has passed, the respective slot will automatically become unavailable.
3. Dubai 1-Hour Delivery
1-Hour Delivery is available in Dubai, subject to product, location, and slot availability.
Available hourly delivery slots run from:
08:00 AM – 09:00 AM through 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
1-Hour Delivery Cut-Off
Orders must be placed at least 10 minutes before the selected 1-Hour Delivery slot begins.
Example: For an 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM delivery slot, the order must be placed before 07:50 PM.
4. Dubai 2-Hour Delivery
Available 2-Hour Delivery slots are:
- 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM
- 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM
- 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
2-Hour Delivery Cut-Off
Orders must be placed at least 10 minutes before the selected delivery slot begins.
5. Dubai Midnight Delivery
Midnight Delivery is available from:
11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Orders for Midnight Delivery must be placed before 09:00 PM on the selected delivery date.
Orders placed after 09:00 PM will not be eligible for Midnight Delivery on the same day.
6. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is subject to the availability of delivery slots at the time the order is placed.
Only delivery slots that remain within the applicable cut-off period will be displayed during checkout. Once all available slots for a particular date have closed, customers will be required to select the next available delivery date.
7. Advance Delivery
Customers may select a delivery date up to 60 days in advance, subject to availability.
8. Delivery Time
Bloomware will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected delivery time slot. However, delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, building access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other operational circumstances.
A selected delivery slot does not constitute a guarantee of delivery at an exact minute within that slot.
9. Recipient & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information, including:
- Recipient name
- Contact number
- Emirate and delivery address
- Building, villa, or office details
- Any necessary delivery instructions
Bloomware will not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
10. Restricted or Difficult Delivery Locations
Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices, secured buildings, gated communities, or other locations with restricted access may require additional coordination.
Where direct delivery to the recipient is not permitted, the order may be handed over to reception, security, concierge, or another authorised representative at the location.
11. Unsuccessful Delivery
If the recipient cannot be contacted or the delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond Bloomware’s control, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-delivery attempt.
12. Proof of Delivery
Bloomware may retain delivery confirmation, photographs, recipient acknowledgement, driver records, or other reasonable proof of delivery for the purpose of resolving delivery-related queries or disputes.
13. Delivery Availability
Delivery methods, charges, and time slots displayed during checkout are subject to operational availability and may vary depending on the delivery location, selected products, date, and delivery capacity.
Bloomware reserves the right to modify delivery charges, delivery areas, time slots, and cut-off times where operationally necessary. The options displayed at checkout at the time of placing the order will apply to that order.
